What's the perfect fit guarantee?

We guarantee when you buy a Williamson shirt, it'll fit you. If it doesn't we'll fix it. That's our promise.

What does custom mean?

When you order a shirt, it's made specifically for you. A tailor cuts and sews the cloth specifically for your order.

How do I measure myself?

Why does shipping take so long?

We estimate 2-4 weeks, however, it's usually shorter. This provides a buffer for manufacturing and shipping delays, which sometimes happen.

Can I expedite shipping?

Sure, just let us know when you place your order. There may be additional costs, which we'll let you know in advance. 

Do you do corporate or bulk sales?

Yes, we do. Contact us here for more information.

What's your return policy?

If your shirt doesn't fit or if there's something wrong, we'll fix it.  No questions asked.

Why is an account required?

We use your unique measurements to make your shirt when you order. We need that on file to ensure you're happy with the product and we can accurately track changes to orders. A little price to pay up front, to ensure you receive a great product in the end.
